Missing component, please need help identifying.

Hello everyone, I am looking for the values of these three caps(red circle), thank you in advance
for the history, it worked wonderfully, I put an rp2040 on it, everything worked on startup before reassembly, then my son played on my desk, and I noticed that some caps were missing, he probably played with it while I was drinking coffee.

Caps really don't really fall off that easily.
The left one has a diode sign by the way.
