So is it basically another PSJailbreak clone?

No, it is an empty USB board that you load yourself when you get it. I can't wait to get one!

More like an AVR ATMEL AT90USB162 dev kit clone [IMG]

You can actually use one to develop like an original one, but they're mainly creating one to cash in the PS3 JB market [IMG]

But is it really designed to have PSJailbreak-style software flashed on it? Or what is its purpose?

its just a programmable usb board, same as pretty much every jailbreak device

none of them are specifically meant for jailbreak
its just that the codes runs on the board

DeadlyFoez has done it to 3 Maximus boards (I think its very similar to this minimus board)

If he was unbanned he could explain it all! (hint hint)

From what he's told me, I can say that u can use the process as u would for a teensie board, except if u use that method the led lights on the device will not work. The method Foez has used has it all working properly.

What can you do with a device like that ? I don't have a large knowledge on electronics but I'm very interested in the subject.

Details and PDF instructions are here:

You will need to obtain the correct hex files to flash the chip so that all the LEDS work correctly
