Hacking Question Minimum Files to backup

Since 6.2.0 is out i want to make a new set of backups (already have some of course) for all my systems. What is the bare minimum i need to make a backup of a switch? i don't care about user data and saves, just enough to restore back to 6.1.0 or lower.

oh you're right, if someone has NAND backup then BIS keys are not necessary
only if they don't have NAND backup and need to create a new NAND
