Hacking Mini Ninjas Problem!!!

Hi,
I was playin Mini ninjas and when i got to the scroll in chapter 2 (in the tower with 4 floors) when i got to the 4th floor and meditated and Hiro let out the scroll it turns black and there is sound but no image

any help?
