So I am trying to purchase minecraft and I get this:

You can still make a new one.
No harm in making a new one and leaving the old one.

You shouldn't need to delete a Minecraft account to make a new one, and I don't think your Minecraft account is the problem anyways. Are you trying to pay through the Moneybookers option? I don't see where that error message might be coming from otherwise.

EDIT: It seems that normal card payments are processed through Moneybookers too, but that error doesn't come up when I click on the Visa option. Does the error pop up before or after you put in your card info?

If that's the case, you can link it to a Paypal account, then pay for the game through that Paypal account, which'll pull money off of your card if there's none in the Paypal account. Depending on the current exchange rate you might pay a bit more, and Paypal charges international transaction fees, but it sounds like the surest bet right now.

Error in Paypal on the Minecraft site? Or when trying to link your card to Paypal? Either way, I'd check with the MoneyCard site to make sure your card is activated and working properly, and that you're absolutely sure you've got enough funds.
