Did you ONLY decrypted it with hactool ? You must rename the folder with the title ID of the donor game and edit main.npdm (http://carlus.altervista.org/nx/title_id_patcher.html)

I forgot to change the main.npdm file, but now its just on a black screen

it was a type 2 cart, i used a thread on darkumbra to convert it, but that didnt work
