As you can see here, loading Jarvos.dol by itself brings up a menu that features MK1 (never ported to gamecube). Looking at the dol file in a hex editor reveals it looks for "MK1.SR" which would mean throwing it in there would make it load, right? Unfortunately it simply freezes up and looking at the hard drive indicator light implies it doesn't even begin loading the file. Does anybody know why this is? It SHOULD work as doing it for the Xbox version worked fine. I suspect DIOS MIOS has something to do with it as I experienced similar freezes loading Melee modified files that worked in Nintendont Also I guess if anybody has any ideas on how to make Jarvos.dol load UMK3 files that would be helpful too. An analysis of the emulator on the Armageddon Bonus Disc (the one with UMK3) reveals it's pretty much the same/really similar code as the MAT2 emulator, but nobody seems to have had any success in getting it to run on it.
