A tablet that has a top line apu with extreme power scaling using AMD Grey Hawk apu and win 10. Metro apps seems harder to hack than typical apps.
To put into perspective Vega 10 will rival current Titan X under 200w, and Navi much more capable.

Around $1500 - $2000 and Microsoft forever quit console business. Though at that point I wonder if Microsoft will even bother with xbox.

$1500-2000? You may as well just get a top-end gaming PC and a Wii U for that price.. That's more than the Wii U devkit costs!
