So I'm guessing this is a special Wifi access point you have to connect to to get the quests?

yes. need special access point. but we can download and inject to savedata through you python script and homebrew.

Well it looks like it uses a different key then the normal DLC server Can you get a log of what SSL connections are made too?

Nevermind, don't bother trying to log SSL connections, that wont help.
Yes, dumping them from the savedata will give you decrypted quests. I think that's the only way people will be able to get them unless they can get to the special Wifi. (Probably best not to share them here though, copyright and such)

It's so you can download the DLC quests directly from Capcom's servers using your desktop. When you download things from their server they're encrypted so that's what the key is for. And they've been changing the key every 48 hours or whenever they add new DLC so that's why I keep having to update it.

Ok, but I can download them on the game directly. Does this work somehow with custom rewards? Like the talisman ones that @Februarysn0w showed weeks ago.

People without CFW can't get the DLC because they can't install the game's 1.1 update. And yes, once you've downloaded and decrypted a quest you can modify it: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-mhx-quest-editor.409420/

I also made a tool for importing/exporting quests directly from your save file (which are not encrypted so no need to use this tool). It's easier then using this if you have some quests already in your save file: http://gbatemp.net/threads/release-mhx-quest-importer.410108/
