ROM Hack MH4U save transfer

Hi, I recently downloaded the eshop save transfer tool but it doesn't recognize my digital copy (that I didn't get from the eshop). What other tool can I use to extract my physical MH4U save and put it on my digital copy?

I used SaveDataFiler to do this. With it, you just export the cartridge save to the SD card, and then import the save.
