Yes the game is emulated and have different "rom" for every language, so the codes must be different on each language.
But I Managed to extract the PS1 memory card from the Switch Save (that is the same of the Ps4 too) and Add my OLD PSX MGS1 Save on my Switch (and on my PS4).
 
my Edizon can't seem to find the cheats even though the BID and TID match - is there a specific reason why?

    Thanks so much for all your hard work! It's definitely not required or anything, but any chance you might also have/make codes for the MSX titles and/or the NES/FC games in bonus content?

    Those are on the list to do.. for the collection.. :)

    contemplating doing the Vr/Special missions atm

    thank you so much. In Metal Gear Solid in Spanish they work well. In Metal Gear 2 and 3 I get an error in Edizon and the Switch restarts

    the game menu has its own TID/BID, you need to lunch the game and load save file or start new game, you will see the cheats there, not before

    dont bother checking the cheat list before you see the screen that says press start

    MGS2/3 have their own cheat files and thread.. please check those threads for help

    Thanks for what you have done so far, and I would definitely appreciate MG for MSX, MG2 for MSX, and VR Missions as well. You are the man!
     
    I was looking forward to this collection but yet again proven konami have no loyalty to the MGS fans, so they crap this out as MASTER COLLECTION, yet its just HD COLLECTION recycled again with MGSPW removed and a very lazy inclusion of MGS1.

    Im glad I didnt pre order this, id rather stick to playing MGS1 on my PS1 then invest in this, or emulate it with visual improvements thanks to the community that release emulators for FUCK ALL - is it me or do devs love to take advantage at any given chance, charge you over £50 for doing fuck all.

    And we wonder why emulation is better.... well especially when it comes to nintendo systems.

    Any Cheat that says .. "Have ...." will also give you unlimited usages of said item.
