Do you get anything in windows when you connect your PSP via USB? You could try removing the card and connecting direct to PC using an adapter - you might be able to save files that way, though they might be corrupt. Is your memory stick genuine? What does the PSP say under MagicGate status? If it says 'unknown' it is often a sign of a fake card.
