Depends on how you use it. Im going to wait till I see how much space is needed for save games and downloads. And see if the price drops. wish they just used mirco sd or even duo stick since there cheaper.

I'd recommend to wait until sony acknowledges its mistakes and lower the price of the memory cards.
Oh, and I think those prices you've posted are incorrect.

:rofl2:

Get the 16gb. I can't see PSV games being huge if you're going to buy them digitally, ditto for PSN titles.
You'll mostly be needing it for saves. 16gb should be fine.

Playstation Vita games are 500mb to 3.5gb right now, will go higher down the road

Army Corps of Hell / Ridge Racer is about 500mb-600mb each
Uncharted Golden Abyss is about 2.8gb
Blazblue Continuum Shift Extend is about 3.2gb

Oh, and each time you put in a new PS Vita game cart, it installs stuff on the flash or the memory card. Basically a boot-up app. It's there even if that specific cart isn't there on the vita but it deletes everything if you remove it from OS screen. Not sure if it'll remove trophy datas (before sync) but i know you can only have 100 games / apps listed, including trophies listed locally, at least for now.

yall im torn... ive been hacking away at tales of phantasia GBA (the USA version) and have so many documents of reverse engineering i've done
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
I just found out that the EU version is better in literally every way, better sound quality, better lighting, and there's even a patch someone made to make the text look nicer
  • TwoSpikedHands @ TwoSpikedHands:
Do I restart now using what i've learned on the EU version since it's a better overall experience? or do I continue with the US version since that is what ive been using, and if someone decides to play my hack, it would most likely be that version?
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
@TwoSpikedHands, I'll preface this with the fact that I know nothing about the game, but, I think it depends on what your goals are. Are you trying to make a definitive version of the game? You may want to refocus your efforts on the EU version then. Or, are you trying to make a better US version? In which case, the only way to make a better US version is to keep on plugging away at that one ;)
