Anyway, back on topic, I wish there was a way for me to dump my own .nsp to poke it and see how difficult it would be to compile homebrew/convert .xci into the format. I don't really wanna download the scene release but I have no way of dumping my own.

Theoretically, if you mount your NAND backup with hacdiskmount and insert the proper keys, it should be possible to take them out. But its a lot more work than a simple payload/homebrew that could just do it in one click.

That's optimistic. It'd be pretty funny if developers who don't spill the beans publicly about their intentions/projects would just tell all in PM. Maybe we should've just PM'ed @SciresM and demanded news this whole time, and he would have actually told us, but we just never tried.
