like you said we cant take what we can get for now. im sure REI has somthing up her sleeve.
Yup, I'm content with waiting. Hell, Rei's tool hasn't even been released yet so gotta make sure its finished. No one wants an unpolished product.

Anyways, this still isn't an imageboard. Keep it on-topic unless you wan't the thread closed.

And about the Mememenu: We don't even know, what kind of files this is installing to the console.

It's probably a troll for temp and 4chan, probably will get released later in the future though

So....if we were to take those NCA files out of the XCI file, could we install them?

NCA's are individual files of the game which was split (I think) and was packaged into .XCI

Nintendo did something similar like this with the 3DS where they split the files for the game and dlc...

In Tunisia, you can literally buy CD discs containing pirated movies everywhere.
Same here in Indonesia.

But plus games, software, Windows, etc.

The government shuts down piracy websites here but still fails to give a shit about CD piracy.

Let's get this back on topic. Anyone know if we can somehow take the NCA files in the XCI file and install those like we would with one big NCA file?

To try to clear up any further confusion about file formats
3DS file formats:
.CSU = .3DS = NCSD Game Cartridge
.CIA = Installer (Citrus Installer Archive)
.CFA / .CFX = Content File Archive / Content File Executable Partition (NCCH)
if you unpack a NCSD or CIA, you get multiple CFA and 1 CFX, these are the game files
if you unpack a CFA/CFX you get romfs/exefs/manual/...

Switch file formats:
.XCI = PFS0 Game Cartridge
.NSP = PFS0 Installer (Nintendo Submission Package)
.NCA = Nintendo Content Archive (NCA2 / NCA3)
if you unpack a XCI or NSP you get multiple NCA, these are the game files
if you unpack a NCA you get romfs(istorage)/exefs/manual/...
