It installs the Switch equivalent of .cia. You can't install .3ds on a 3DS using FBI.

They would have no way (IN THEORY, YOU NEVER KNOW WITH NINTENDO) of knowing if a game was downloaded from the eshop or installed by this, as long as it works properly. If they can detect this, they can 100% detect SX's method.

I don't doubt them being able to detect either or both, but if only one or the other was detected / banned by them, which, in theory, you never know with Nintendo, that's the one that'd be obsolete or otherwise worse.

I assume to get the titles to even show, you'd need to boot into some kind of CFW-like thing with signature patches (like sigpatch2menu from the wii u days) right? Do you already have something like that?
