Hello there, i have a question about this.

Whenever i play SYPHON FILTER : DARK MIRROR, there is a certain part of the game where the screen says DUMPING and the game stops for
a few seconds and resumes.

I've looked at my root folder and i see MEMDUMP1.dmp to MEMDUMP7.dmp.. They're like 25mb each.

So what are these files?

I'm guessing you have CWCHEAT because that was what caused it for me.
For some reason, after a while it automatically maps a button (it was square for me) to MEMDUMP, to fix it, hold select, go to settings, go to change buttons, then for the dump button, turn off the WiFi switch, press X, and don't hold anything down. Then exit CWCHEAT.

MEMDUMP files are not needed, so you can delete them.

Actually, it's a bug in CWCheat 0.2.2 REV.B. Even with the "Enable dump function" option disabled, holding square for 5 seconds will still dump the memory from the game.

Mem dumps are not useless. They are used for hacking. You can leave your button map be and install the bug fix that makes CWCheat respect the dump function disabled parameter.
