Don't keep the copies of the roms & system files from the memory card; only keep your saves and other irreplaceable data. The rom data on the card may have been corrupted, and reusing it would defeat the whole point of reformatting.

I believe it has to do with the "New Arm7 Fix". Same as here. Not sure why it does it with Star Force 2 (Maybe it needs a different arm7 than Hulk? Is it just not tested with other games because it only effects a small amount of flash cards and/or games that need patching? Does it have something to do with on-the-fly and/or prepatching?) but I wish someone would figure it out.

back up all your files then format your card

tut. tut. mentioning rom sites...

The rom file works fine on the R4 and M3 real (YAY TWO!) so i'd say its a problem with an internal file that doesn't work on the DSTT.
I think.
