Hacking Emulation Gaming Megaman 9 and 10 for 3DS?

Is there any homebrew ports for Megaman 9 and/or 10 for the 3ds? im curious because I'm a big fan of the series and I have every classic Megaman game on my 3ds, up to MM&B. If not, would there be a way to port them?

nope and the only way to port them is to decompile them or recreate it from scratch
