Hacking Mega Man Anniversary Collection

I was just curious, is there anything that can be done about the switched buttons when running this game on a backup launcher? Like a patch or some kind of cheat or something?

For those that don't know, in the original games, the 'A' button was always jump and the 'B' button was fire. When the collection was released, the buttons somehow got switched...

I got this and is working on Nintendont (Wii U) even on the GamePad but Mega Man 8 is failing to start since I patched, I think that is because an iso already shrunk with DMToolbox, downloading the full iso again.
