dunno what is all in the dlc but it installs fine, the normal game runs fine but i see nothing added to the game with i go to play it?

go to the shop channel browse around then try your DLC.

Start a new game and see if you can pick Bass.

If you can't, you did something wrong.

from all reports ONLY users with offline wiis have this issue, wii with internet set up and wiishop used at least once have no issues.

thanks. other than updating my hbc once or twice and online mario kart ive never used it online and its been a while.

im on 4.1U and try going to the shop and it says i need a update? which cios or ios or w/e do i need to bypass this or one that will update and not screw with my homebrew stuff (not official one)

Use NUSD to download the latest versions of IOS61 and Shop Channel.
Install through Wad Manager.

or you can use dop-ios mod to install them or also grab WiiShop.Channel.Update.v18.and.Dumping.Toolkit.RegionFree.iNTERNAL.DLC.Wii-OneUp
