MEDICAT USB HELP

I recently installed Medicat USB on a 64g flash drive, and the installation seemed to go okay. When i booted my windows 11 laptop from the USB it worked fine EXCEPT for the fact im missing some tools like the whole @Jayro lockpick folder, and some others. I found the folders and applications that are missing in Medicat_usb/programs/ password etc... But i cant figure out how to get them to actually show up in the UEFI. I dont believe any of the missing files are still compressed.

The UEFI doesn't show or load anything from the Programs folder. That's for Portable applications to be launched from within Mini Windows 10.

The UEFI folders should be structured like this when booted up:

Are you telling me there's nothing in those menu entries?

When i boot into the USB they "password removal" option is not even there.

Windows defender or other AV silently removed those during unpacking/copy to flash drive. Check recent activity in windows security.

i fucked up and turned on windows defender too soon and that's exactly what happened to me. How do i get the 15 files back on the usb? do i need to start over?
