Hacking md5sums for the required cias.

As it says at the topic, I didn't see any md5sums to verify that what one's got is the real deal since even though I am more likely than not going to use palantine cfw I still wuld like to know that the md5/sha1sum is correct before I start messing around with it.

I thought this was common knowledge at least what it is, govanify's devmenu_2x/bbb's cia installer.
