The Wii HD Not Being and Having a scaler is not inutle make videos with it.

I Decided to make a series of videos in full resolution for Wii, for Those Who do not know the maximum resolution the Wii and 720 x 480

I advise to watch it in full screen in the wii qunato not arrive at 1280x720 resolution

I believe that he is saying these videos were not recorded using Dophin, but thought an HD PVR cable. They look exactly like 480p to me, though.

oh i use 1 of them as yes they are the same except resolution the colors are more vibrant and crisp that's all they do. their worth getting 1 though they do make the games look a little better than component however the resolution is the same

Excuse my English but wanted to explain one thing, the videos I'm doing "resolution max" does not mean that the Wii is HD , but which include the highest quality video of a Nintendo Wii, that is 720x480.

The highest resolution should be 720x576, but i think in fact it is 640x480. There are some PAL progressive video modes @50Hz on some game discs, but i think on progressive mode, the wii always uses 60Hz. Normally PAL50 would be 720x576, and PAL60/NTSC would be 720x480, but the wii uses 640x528 and 640x480 instead.

Anyways, i think _Raiden_ just wants to show what the wii is capable of, maybe because a lot of people use the crap cables and bitch about the poor video quality.

With homebrew it's impossible to get into 576p video mode, but that video mode is present on some game discs. Maybe the disc channel boots PAL games in that video mode, but i doubt it.

you can't the max is 640x480 for the wii even if your using 1 of them component to hdmi converters it will remain the same. i run pal and it's always the same no matter what hz.
