There are couple tools can do this but you need game ios's or st least opening.bnr from games.

I can Launch any USB game From the HBC. If you have WBFS Manager 3.0 by AlexDP. Then its easy to make short-cuts. While your drive is inserted, click on a USB game on your drive menu (Left Menu) then you can right click and choose "Make HBC Entry" or "Make HBC entries for all". It will make a Short-Cut for you, then you can edit the meta.xml and the icon.png. Its pretty easy. Heres the Link to the USB "Mario Strikers" Short-cut, for proof! - NTSC-U

Also If you know what a Banner is then you can use a tool called "Loadstructor" and create USB Short-cuts with the games banner right on you sytem menu! or SD menu! Along with its Sound of Course!

BTW My Request list is large but I don't want to bother you. With 58 game icon reqeusts.
