Hacking Mass Editing Ticket IDs?

Is there any program that I can use to quickly change the ticket IDs of a lot of WADs? I make a lot of customs and typically inject with AIW, but I've finally overwritten a WAD with another custom by luck of the draw. What's interesting, though, is that the ticket IDs were different. One was NEEB and the other was NEEA, yet it still overwrote it. Weird, I think. But with that, I suppose it's time for me to start taking more caution with ticket IDs and set them all in a systematic fashion. Suggestions?

Use the New VC Injector

Just need the wad by itself. Run the program and it will ask if you want to keep the title ID or change it.

It will also ask if you want to change the region ID.

Yep, that's the one option I was considering using. Didn't know if there might be something better.

Its safer than using a hex editor, though a hex editor will be alot faster.
