I'm trying to run the real game online and since I installed the Homebrew channel and backuploaders it no longer connects online. Anyone else having problems with the real game not connecting?

my bad, just rebooted my router and is now working fine, few

ITT: We complain about our internet and blame the backuploader/Nintendo WiFi. I gotten matches non-stop for weeks with Mario Kart Wii. A lot of worldwide matches. Especially when I read the thread and I wanted to check.

And don't feed me BUT THE SERVERS MRBUBBLES! If I have been playing matches non-stop with no disconnection errors since 2 weeks, it is not a "Nintendo" problem. It is your problem.

Edit: Let's be helpful.

I run Mario Kart Wii on Backup Loader .3 (obviously). It doesn't matter which version of .3 you play. I haven't been disconnected and nor have I had any error messages for the 2 weeks I've played it. I'm running on DSL and my Wii isn't being port forwarded, it also isn't on DMZ.

There are times where the servers are down. And that only occurs VERY RARELY. Slowly now, they only happened very rarely. And the servers are down, you cannot even connect on WiFi, you would get an error code around 2000s. Since the TC said he can hook up online but can't find a match, it is not a 'server' problem from Nintendo.

If the servers are all down, you cannot go online at all. I know because I seen it happen with Brawl and Mario Kart Wii, everyone on the GameFAQs forums reports it and we can't even go online to find a match.

Thats cuz maybe you are too of a beast and no one wants to loose agaisnt ya

, Na im j/k, maybe its their server...

I just played for an hour on MK online, i found players every race. I have noticed it takes a while if you do international races, but continental is very fast at finding players.

must admit its hit and miss for me as well..first time i tried it, it found players instantly and i played for hours..then i turned the wii off. my son wanted to try online so we tried again..this time it hung on finding players. we left it for 15 mins then turned off the wii and tried again..it hung at finding players time and time again for 2 days..today i tried again and voilla first time instantly found players. as soon as i turned off and tried again same problem..been 3 hours now and cant find any players..i think its a common problem as a few i talked to have the same issue..sometimes works sometimes doesnt. but as they have so many games to play on they dont play mario all day..but the times they do test it its 50/50 for them..
