Mario kart requires internet connexion

Hi,

I've installed the new version of SM8 deluxe with Update 2.1.0 and DLC wave 2 but i can't launch the game. Indeed, there is a message : the game requires an internet connexion and i can't choose another option.
I have the CFW Atmosphere 1.4.0 with AMS 1.4.0 and the 14.1.2 firmware. The previous version of SM8 worked fine and didn't require internet connexion. Do you have any idea ?

It might be the DLC playing tricks. Is it v65536? If it's v0, it won't work properly, from what I recall.
