Hacking Mario Kart Error #001

Hello when I try to run Mario Kart Wii 4.2E CIOS rev 15 so appears Error # 001 do not know where is the problem? games like NSMB and Mario Strikes Charged Football works without any problem ... My English is not perfect ... Sorry

try updating to cios rev17

Mario Kart gets going now but when I turn on 50cc Mushroom Cup so the message appears "The Game Disc could not be read etc" ...
EDIT: Nobody knows where is the problem???
