Hacking Mario Kart DS Downplay Error

I tried doing downplay with my brother. Tried it, realized the problem; fix downplay wasnt checked. I checked it off and then tried again.

He would find me, i'd find him, i'd cut off so that its just me vs him and his DS says "downloading"

eventually it gets to the "Nintendo" screen and the word Nintendo fades from black to grey, and it stays faded and frozen

Don't know what else to do. should I download a new game?

Have you trimmed the rom at all?

I have no idea what that is and how to do it. Just got my supercard dsonei yesterday.

You could try to turn off RealTime Save and things like that. That usually does the trick with me.

Well, now i'm not only experiencing downplay errors, its WiFi as well. I have no idea whats going on. If the files are trimmed to an extent that important files are missing, i'd like to a know site that offers the good ROMs which are trimmed but keep the WiFi/downplay aspects of the game.

Internet connection is fine; i download from the DSi Shop occasionally.

I'll mess around with the games patch settings and hope it does me some justice.

Did what He said and Download play works fine now ^^
