Gaming Mario Kart 7 - update

I have update firmware v: 6.0.0-12 and i want to update my MK7, but wont my firmware software.
Is it any way to update game otherwise.

I need foregoing update because i have old Ace3DS PLUS and it probably works only on this version.

you need to go to the e-shop to update mario kart
to get to the e-shop your console will want to update to 6.3.0

so if you want mario kart to be updated you will then not be able to use your flashcard on the 3ds
your choice

My brother have second console. So if he update game on his console then will I have updated game in my console ? <the same cartridge>
