Hacking Mario Kart 100% save

Title says it all... does anyone know where can I find a 100% Mario Kart Wii save game without the friend attached, so I can play online? Sorry if this was answered before.

I`m NOT going to cheat online. I enjoy playing the game the way it was meant to be. I just want to have all the characters.

As for the WiiSave website, unfortunately I`ve searched it already and there`s only 2 US saves, both of which have a FC tied in...
