I saw it for sale at a few stores today as well and I'm in Canada.

In USA, it was supposed to have been released yesterday. If a retailer hasn't, it's probably related to a special promotion or something.

My local Wal-Mart waited on releasing the original DS for their "After Thanksgiving Sale" when it first came out, so I went to Gamestop instead, got it before the Wal-Mart shoppers in town.
