Nexon Corporation and Nintendo have unleashed a barrage of new screens and videos for Maple Story DS. The game is set to launch in South Korea on 15th April alongside the Nintendo DSi system and the lid has been lifted on the extensive advertising campaign.

I hope so. This would be so awesome. Of course someone would need to translate it, as it will never come out in the US since its Korean based. Omg, cheats for this game would be awesome...

Sorry to rain on the parade of many, but this game has already been confirmed to have NO online multiplayer, especially on a massive scale. The DS isn't capable of that.

I think it might have local multiplayer though.

Hopefully there will be a translation patch real soon.

It's not up to Nintendo to translate this, it's up to Nexon or whatever the company is that made this game.
And I watched the videos, the guy in the second one sucks at flash-jumping. And that snail sure has a shitload of HP.

I like some of the new skills though, especially the warrior shield that can stun enemies and block projectiles.

You play Maplestory? And which world? I used to play but I got hacked so I have nothing anymore on my character.

Gosh, I almost forgot about this game. It's been so long since I've heard about it.

Quite a long time in the making, for a DS game. Even though a Single-Player Maplestory sounds lame, I hope they put a lot of effort into it.

i am so happy that video's and screenies are released...
i nearly gave up on this.
i looked one of the video's and it really has a system close to maplestory (online) standard one
only with small changes that are really notice-able

this game has a good hope onto a big community worldwide
