All my games were working fine before. My Wii was outdated so I followed this guide to get everything up to date:

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=144835

I followed them thoroughly, and everything seems to work fine, except for select Wii games. Many games give me this message now: "An error has occurred. Press the Eject Button, remove the Game Disc, and turn the power off. Please read the Wii operations manual for more information."

That comes up as soon as I launch the game from the disc channel. I don't even get to the warning screen. I know there's nothing wrong with the disc as I have multiple copies of some of my games (copies I made for friends, they never got them from me, long story). I get the error every time, it just refuses to boot at all. Out of the games I own, these are some games that give me the error:

Okami
Elebits
Animal Crossing: City Folk
Resident Evil 4: Wii Edition
Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles
Guitar Hero: World Tour
Need For Speed: Pro Street
Need For Speed: Undercover
Super Paper Mario
No More Heroes
Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

Is there anything that these games share in common software-wise? I'm not even sure what IOS stuff I still have installed as it's been awhile since I've tinkered with it, but I know all these games worked fine until I used that guide to upgrade everything, now something's up. I haven't uninstalled anything either, everything is still intact, all I did was install everything in that guide.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Half of my Wii games aren't working and it's a little frustrating.

Nevermind, I fixed it. I went through the whole update process again. I somehow missed a step. I think it was the CIOSCORP, though I don't quite get why some games worked and some didn't. Oh well, it works.

I downloaded the SoftMii package, put the CIOSCORP installer in apps and the folder with all the CIOSCORP wads in the root of my SD card (so you can see the folder with the cios wads in the root, i didn't actually copy all the wads to the root). Then I installed CIOS60BF.wad with wad manager.
