Hi. I recently got into emulating my favorite arcade games on M.A.M.E and I love it. But I can't seem to run certain games that require a chd file. One game in particular I wanted to try was Taiko no Tatsujin. So just to see it working, I downloaded the rom and it said it needed a chd file. So I searched and found it. I put it in the same folder as the rom but it still didn't work. Then I read online that the chd file needs to be in its own folder. I put it in a folder and named it the same as the rom but it still didn't work. I tried renaming the rom, the chd, and the folder in every way I could (I think anyway). So here's the info:

I'm running on MAME 1.39 for Widnows 32 bit
The rom that doesn't work is named "Taiko9.zip"
The .chd file is named "Tk91naa.chd"

If you would like to see the files I'm using, I can send you links through e-mail (Which is allowed I believe, but I'm not sure since it only mentions pm and the forums).

I'll suppy any more info if needed.

Yeh! it kind of mentions it but doesn't provide any links.

Just google the file name you are after it's not too hard to find a free download link even if it's in mutiple parts.

Okay, I fixed my own problem. I was missing the correct bios file. Now the game is loading, so now I just need to wait until it's emulated well. If anyone wants to know what I did just pm me.
