Homebrew Making kinds of a WADs

Okay, this is probably a common question.

I'm on a PAL Wii with v4.3e, with the Homebrew Channel installed and a few things (mostly emulators). I noticed there are a few specific emulators which have a WAD channel loader which points to their software, I'd like to make some WADs for specific channels on the Wii.

Also, I have noticed in the GoodSets there are ROMs which have (VC) in the ROM title and are PAL versions, luckily, I'd like to re-inject them into a WAD if this is possible. If not, am I able to inject headerless ROMs into the WADs (No-Intro), since that's the set I generally use?

So here's the questions:
How to I inject PAL games into WADs?
Can I use decrypted VC ROMs and headerless ROMs?
