you have to have some programming knowledge to be able to create a homebrew application for NDS, i highly doubt theres a single app. people use to create homebrew programs for the ds.

Sorry, but to the my knowledge I don't think their is program that is availible currently. That will allow you to visually develop homebrew for the DS. So you'll either have to lean a programming language such as C or C++ or wait till someone releases one. Which could very well be never...
