ROM Hack Making an NTR code, I just need some pointers...

So I'm trying to create an experience modifier code for Conception 2. The cheat exists for the Japanese version 1.00 of the game on speedfly, but all U.S. releases are v1.1 and nobody can get the existing plugin to work with it. speedfly didn't have the plugin's source uploaded, so that was of no help.

I did ram dumps after defeating enemies with different experience yields. I used cheat engine to narrow down to 8 different addresses. I reached these values after three scans, and any further scan didn't narrow it down any more.

I opened the ram dumps in HxD, and all 8 offsets were the same line for each:
9 exp: 01 00 00 00 09 00 00 00 14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
12 exp: 01 00 00 00 0C 00 00 00 14 00 00 00 00 00 00 00
32 exp: 01 00 00 00 20 00 00 00 32 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

So I made codes for all 8 addresses using menuCheat's base, trying to modify the experience value to 99999.

I exported it as a .plg and I could access it through NTR's menu. All codes except for the 3rd one gave me the "hold the power button" error, but the 3rd one didn't give me any results.

The lines before and after the address found in CheatEngine were the same for all 8, but varied between different experience values. I'll leave a screenshot of that here too in case it's important.

What should I try next? This is my first time actually making a code from scratch, so I've got no idea.

they don't look like valid memory regions, what did you used to dump ram and dump which region?

I used Nanquitas's process dumper, US region. Should I just use the NTR Debugger instead?

you need to convert those to raw ram dump using Gateway Ram Tools for them to show their actual address
or convert the address to real address using the same tool
