Hacking Make an HB that copies a file?

Hi,
I'm very new to programming for the DS. I installed DevKitPro and PALib. I want to make a HB App that copies 1 file and shuts the system down.
Could anyone make a nds file for me that does that?/Could anyone please tell me how to do it?

I think GodMode9i does the first part of what you're looking for, but I don't think it's able to shut down your DSi afterwards

Does it support scripting?
