Majora's Mask HD Texture Patch giving me an error with Project 64

I did the installer that automatically downloads everythign in one place, but it still gives me this error.

RSP Message:
Failed to read config.
Press any key to continue . . .

I heard something about a .cfg file being able to fix this issue, but I don't know where to get that. I'm on a 64 bit computer.
