Hacking Maidump tool error on sd2vita, can anyone help?

Hi,

I have a sd2vita card and i have downloaded my PS Vita games using NoPayStation. I have installed them on the uxo in a folder titled mai. I then boot up Maitool and try to install a game but everytime it detects the game, begins installation and then I get a message saying Installation failed error code 80010016.

Does anyone know what might be causing this? I thought that it could be that Maidump is trying to install to the Vitas 1gb of internal memory but I can't find an option anywhere to check if that's tha case or how to change it to sd2vita.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

You are using NoNpDrm dumps with MaiDump.

Mai dumps and NoNpDRM dumps are extremely different

How to I install nonpdrm dumps?

You have to install NoNpDRM plugin first.

Then I suggest you to use pkgj, It will install it without you to need to do anything ( a kind of free shop for vita )

Yeah i have that but i find it difficult to figure out how to patch the games and add DLC etc and also it's quite slow compared to the PC download option.

Is is possible to install patches, dlc from pkgj into nonpdrm games ?

Yes you can install updates for nondprm games. All you do is put the patch or dlc in the patch or dlc folder of your ux0 memory card.
