Hacking Magician's quest not working?

When i try to load it on my R4, it says "Unable to read save data. Please turn OFF and reinsert the Game card."
Downloaded this rom from Dsromnews. Anyone have a patch for this?

I read something about an ARM7 patch. How do i do this? Better yet, does another have a LINK TO A pre patched game available?

Asking for ROMS, pre-patched or otherwise is against forum rules but I'm sure you knew that already.

The search button will find you lots of ARM7 patching guides. Use it.

For Arm7, you'll need DSLazy or DSBuff ..... I'm sure there was an ARM7 on the DSLazy page too.... Forgot...

i doubt so but it would be really better try to hold a copy of yasumenu!
it works so much better than the r4 firmware

...or even better, might be time to swap out that R4 for a better-supported one like the CycloDS or Acekard2i.

Anyways.... use Ysmenu~ best for r4.... or you can still get the DSLazy/DSBuff and do Arm7 yourself... experience counts... you may never know you might need it for other games next time....
