its the ILP that needs decrypting/re writing or the battery is pointless!

Yeah, there's a limited edition Dissidia: Final Fantasy PSP. Good luck getting one though... they are very limited, and probably worth around $400 (I would assume).

A Madden PSP with 4.01 firmware is a confirmed TA-88v3 so that's a negative.

My Madden PSP came with 4.01, and it didn't have TA-88v3.

I'm pretty sure that it's 4.05 that's a confirmed TA-88v3, and that 4.01 or less is hackable.
