Hacking M3i freezing ]:

In miles edgeworth i keep freezing in the 4th case where yu had to deduce faraday on the floor
In pokemon heart gold (patched with black screen and rudolph) it freezes randomly, when i reset it freezes in like 2 seconds, then when i load game it turns black
Once when i open m3 it just said m3real and didnt load and i had to resetup

Help fix

Turn off Soft-Rest/Real-Time save and that should do the trick

Update to the latest Sakura and try it without the cheats on. They should work just fine

Ok this is just strange, because I have personally tested both those games and my brother played them both through.
Try backing up your card, reformatting it, redownloading the rom and see what that does.

Well this awkward. I think the roms have become self-aware and just don't want to work.
How did you format the card?

Wow I am dumbfounded, alright this is something I have honestly never heard of
Does it play any other roms? Did you try trimming the games even? Really now I have no idea what to tell you since I told you everything I know.

I am not sure what the process fully is, but it reduces the size of roms using rom trimming programs like NDSTokyoTrim (download link)
But I don't think it's going to do much to be honest with you. There might be someone here who could help you a lot better than me at this one since I just exhausted everything I knew to fix those games

Trim:
The roms have in their original card 8,16,32... MB but they dont use all the memory
When you dump it its like this:
X=ROM 0=Blank
XXXXXXXX00 64mb for example
And trimming does this
XXXXXXXX 50 mb
So you save space

I seem to remember this happening to me on the 4th case as well, but it was while I was deducing on another examination later in the case.

I suggest you re-download/re-rip the rom and/or backup then format your microsd. I honestly don't remember how I fixed my problem, but I remember it took a good 4 tries to get it to work.
