oh ryt how about MGS theres peace walker coming out aswell, this isnt the ryt tym to buy any game i guess becuase all new ones are coming out in a month or two

Try not to worry about it...Peace Walker won't be out for aeons so MGSO would be fine. Tekken Dark Resurrection is supposedly good too. Just go with your instincts (and a few reviews) and you'll be fine.

Edit: But then there's the problem with the ratings, i mean tekken is 16+

and MGS is a 12, im 13 (and i certainly look it), and i was asked for proof of age!! (i couldnt get it because i had no proof with me)

Excuse me, but I was offended.

Anyways im still gonna get tekken, my parents don't mind, i'll just order it online

tekken 16+?
tekken is a violent game, but not much different from any other fighting game.
probably the only reason it's 16+ is because you punch people in 3D.

Yeh was unfortunate I upgraded to 5.50 cuz i really want to play my PS1 games, o well. Tekken Dark Ressurection is 100% awesome, and multiplayer is really good. Another game you might want to consider is either Wipeout Pure or Wipeout Pulse. I don't know if you have ever played wipeout but easily favourite racing game. Cool anti-grav ship racing with weapons and epic speeds ftw. You may not like RPG's but I still definately still need to recommend Crisis Core, fantastic and addictive. Another game you may want to consider is Ratchet and Clank, fun and great voice acting (James Arnold Taylor pwns!!! he has epic speaking skills). If you like racing I'd go for a Burnout or NFS: Underground Rivals. MGSO is great but u might want to also try MG Acid, is definately different, but still very good.

wow thanks for the response, im not going to wait for peace walker so im getting portable ops tommorow, may i recommend www.cex.co.uk if you live in the UK? It's really really cheap and trust me its all preowned but i see no difference. I was also looking for some football (soccer for americans) games, and i dont care what people say i love PES, im just too used to it, so im gonna get PES 2010 when it comes out soon. I'm not much of a racer but i boroowed my cousins Burnout Legends and its pretty impressive. i'm not a fan of RPG's either (lol yh im a fussy gamer) but there are plenty of games out there for PSP. I wanted GTA (is that an RPG?) but im not allowed it becuase its too rude, cos they have prostitutes and stuff (yukk!). im loving tekken (srry if i sed it b4) and im a Shihan or sumthing with Hwaorang and 1st dan with Law. I love it sooooo much!!! I'm glad i bought it and atleast im paying for it and im helping the producers make better game

Lol, I have no idea what GTA is. I guess RPG but probably classed as Adventure or something like that. Gotta get those guys up to Tekken Lord man. I've got with Lee (love his speed), Jin, Raven, King and Yoshimitsu lol. Gotta devote some time though. Anyway you might want to look at websites like IGN or GameSpot (and of course GBAtemp.net

) for suggestions on other games that you would fancy in whatever genre. As for GTA you should ignore your parents and get it anyway (oh noes), great game and it's really not that bad.

I'm 17, have a beard, and wasn't allowed to buy a 12 because they asked me for proof of age and I didn't have my license on me

Why in the hell would they not accept student ID, thats just stupid. Who would bother faking a student ID to buy games. Man these stores need to ease up, I mean any 5+ year old year old can jump on google images and see a pair of tits. Personally sometimes I like to lurk on eBay, can get cheaper new a lot of the time and mostly no problems buying second hand, generally people take care of their games just as much as you would (in my experience except for a friend who thinks they are frisbees/coasters/cusions/etc.). Plus with UMD's it's less likely to get lots of damage because of it's built in 'sheild.' When you find a game you like the look of you can search a review and see whether it's worth your cash. Plus no chance of some douche who in all likelyhood ends up being younger than you asking for ur ID. Not that I have to worry anymore, I'm eighteen *shows badge exclaiming "18 years old"*
