Hacking M3 Sakura cheats won't work

Hi i tried to get the cheats working for certain games and i did put cheat switch on always on but it won;t work..
Help?

Well, it is best you are running the triple booter in the first place. But updating cheat files in Sakura is a bit buggy. Best thing is change your firmware to the triple booter, update the cheat file in that and then put your microSD back in and your cheats should be working.

the triple loader contains very outdated firmware
you should be using the official dual boot firmware now

I know i do!
But i tried on touchpod and sakura to get the cheats work but they both won't work.,....
Any ideas?

This may probably not be responsible for your non-working cheats problem but just in case you did not know:

If you use Sakura and soft-reset (L+R+St+Sel) in a game, cheats will stop working until you turn the DS off and back on.

Did you press L and R at the same time ingame? sometimes that's necessary.

We tested Mario Kart and we were able to apply cheats using Sakura. So perhaps re-download the firmware and do a fresh install.
