Hacking m3 real save HELP!

i want to convert a save file from my m3 real and it's confusing. the file i want to convert was created on my m3 real and it's a .sav file but all the save converters say the m3's save file is a .0 file or something. so my question is what do i say the source file format is?

please help!!!

and I'm a noob at save files to no teasing me please.
