Hacking M3 Real GBA save deleted?

I was just wondering why are my GBA saves getting deleted?

This is the second time it happened. The first time I was unsure of the problem, but I think I have an idea now.

I don't remember what I did the first time, but this time I took out the M3 Real GBA Expansion pack out of SLOT-2 over night because I found that it drains out the battery. Could this be the cause? Maybe the internal battery for the RAM dried out?

There could be several reason that the GBA isn't saving properly.

1) Try charging the Gba Expansion plug it in your nds leave it charging.
2) After you exit from a saved GBA game you have to turn your Nds back on and go back to the GBA menu to transfer the saved from the Sdram to the main save.
