Hacking M3 pro: Phat DS?

I just received my M3 Pro Micro SD, and it came with a Phat DS Shell, and lots of coloured shells for the Lite..

My questions is: How the hell do I use these? do I have to take of the screw, or what?

Yea, just screw it out and put it in the new shell.
